Slow music loading on macOS
Since last week music on my MacBook is loading very slowly. But on mobile iPhone everything is ok.
So it's not connection or internet speed issue.
What can it be?

If a macOS App is Opening Items Slowly:
A. Force Quit App Open Apps:
An app that is not responding may be using too much system resources. So, if you are logged in to the macOS, then use Apple menu > Force Quit..., and close all open items, but Find My.
B. Restart your Router:
C. Boot in Safe Mode:
In Safe Mode, Login Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, attempting another update install. For instructions, go here: How to Use safe Mode on your Mac - Apple Support
D. Try a New Admin User:
What happens when you create a new administrator user, and log into it? Do you still get this error? If not, then it is likely an error with the current user. If so, then it is likely an error with your Mac.

Apps Opening Slowly:
There no mention of iPhone by the OP. As I said: “If a macOS App is Opening Items Slowly:”. So, it’s more of a general solution for all apps of macOS. It takes about 5 seconds for my Music to launch. So,…
Provide Apple Feedback:
Do Your Part: Report this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what should be looked at.

When you start playing a song, it takes a very long time to start. Then it begins to play, but soon stops. The playback can't keep up with the loading, so it plays for a few seconds and then pauses again because it hasn't finished loading yet. This happens repeatedly
Same for me. The "Music" application starts, but it takes ages to load the songs... And when it starts playing, it stops halfway through.
And it's not the connection's fault - the network is stable all the time, transfers are high, all other things and services work.
I restart the computer, reset the router, nothing.
