Can the touch-sensitive part of the remote for latest AppleTV 4K be disabled?

Mine is TOO sensitive. The program guide is jumping all over the place. It's almost impossible to scroll through the channels, and I just give up and turn it off.

Can the touch-sensitivity be turned down, or off?

The sensitivity has three settings. Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥[ʀᴇᴍᴏᴛᴇ] Touch Surface Tracking﹥Fast | Medium | Slow.
It can also be turned off, so that navigation always goes in step-per-click on the outer ring. Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥[ʀᴇᴍᴏᴛᴇ] Clickpad﹥Click and Touch | Click Only
