Since last 7-8 days my iphone is not playing Linkedin videos. Wifi is perfect. Have logged out and logged in again. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Restarted the phone. But nothing works.
Videos are playing perfectly on desktop and android phone for my login (so its not a Linkedin issue). The ad videos are playing perfectly on iphone but videos posted by people doesnt play. It just goes into endless buffering.

I did all of these things and LinkedIn came back with laundry list of things.
The one that fixed was clearing the cache which is alternative method of uninstalling the app.
IPhone settings> general> iPhone storage > offload app. Then I reinstalled the app.
Previously I had “uninstalled” or deleted the app off screen which did not fix it.
I hope this helps some people.

I saw some comments re delete cache but there’s no option as such that I can see
have the exact same issue but my wife's phone doesn't have it despite being the same model (13) and same OS version (17.5.1)
did all the things suggested - Iphone 14 and still can't play videos on LinkedIn for past week - any other suggestions?

Thank you so much, this has been bugging me for weeks and I even formatted my iPhone which didn’t fix it.
this simple action fixed the issue
Go to IPhone settings> general> iPhone storage > show all> LinkedIn> offload app. Then I reinstalled the app.
