My Airpods Pro (1st gen) has a static white noise in right unit?

I read this post Airpod pro right ear static - Apple Community where people also has similar issue. It startet a couple of months ago. Nothing happened.

Now there a constant white noise in my right ear if the Airpods are in either transparency mode or Noise Cancelling. I've have checked that they have the latest firmware (6A326). I've tried to reset the AirPods as described in the other thread.

Do anybody know how to fix this? Please :-)
