No vibrate option on my 13 mini

No vibrate option on my 13 mini

At some point in the recent past my 13 mini stopped vibrating. I tried to find the setting for it under Sound & Haptics (& under Accessibility, although the S & H setting makes more sense), and it is NOWHERE! So frustrating! The phone is updated to 17.5.1. Did Apple remove the vibration setting altogether?? PLEASE HELP!
