My IPhone 7 Is Cracked And I Accidentally Fell Then This Happened Can It Be Fixed Or To Much Damage Done To It. Or Is It Worth Fixing Or Is It Too Old.

iPhone 15 plus bent after charging I plugged my device in and left it to charge came back and my device housing unit is bent. I took it to Apple and they told me it’s physically damaged and I must have done something to it, I pay for Apple care and they are telling me that I need to pay the 150$ physical damage fee. the phone has zero scratches, cracks or anything how is it fair that they deem it as I physically damaged it, they asked me if I sat on it! Do you know how large I need to be to bent this phone?! I called the support they told me the same thing, clearly the phone is defective and they will not replace it unless I pay. this is absolutely ridiculous if I broke it I would pay for it no issues, but it’s less than 8 months old and I didn’t do a thing to it!

Can a screen replacement fix my iPhone that fell from first floor? My phone fell from the first floor at the front but it works. It gives notifications, but the screen is not visible and it has a crack on the back. Do you think this can be arranged with just a screen replacement because that is the only important thing? for me at this moment when it turns on again [Re-Titled by Moderator]
