Not Receiving Verification Code for Debit Card in Wallet

The TSP (Token Service Provider) is not sending the token. That’s the final step. Your bank verifies and authorizes the TSP to create and send the token to your iPhone. Without the token, your card won’t work.

Most banks use a third party TSP. There are a few very large banks that also is the TSP. Chase I believe is one.

You’ll need to reach out to the banks Apple Pay Support team. They can contact the TSP and verify sending the token.

Do you remember exactly when this started? Was it Friday?

Have you talked to your bank about the issue? What did the bank say? The verification code comes from the bank, not Apple. Does your bank even see your request to add the card?
