My MacBook Air will only print in black and white

I purchased a new HP6000 series color printer. The default setting is set to print in color. For the first day or so, my MacBook Air printed in color and now it will only print in black and white. Every other device on the network prints in color, so I don't think it is the printer. When I look at the setting via my MacBook Air, it says it is printing in color. Print preview in Word is in color. Print preview from the web is in black and white. It prints in black and white. I can't figure out how to fix this.

Get the Latest Firmware:

A. Within the macOS: Update your Printer Software if your Printer has a Printing Problem on Mac - Apple Support

B. From HP:

For macOS 10.15 Catalina and after, use the drivers provided by HP.

Remove: the printer (click the printer in the Printers list, then click Remove Printer)
Restart: your computer
Reinstall: the printer with these drivers: HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series - HP
Restart: the computer
Print Out: a test page.
