Apple pay(tap) not work on iphone 13

Hello,

I have an iPhone 13 and I'm experiencing a confusing issue. Apple Pay used to work normally when tapping on a terminal, but suddenly it stopped working.

I've tried all possible solutions (reinstalling settings, reinstalling the iPhone, removing the cards).

I even went to the Apple technical service, and Apple Pay indicates that it is working fine. Even when I bring it close to an NFC terminal, it tries to open Apple Pay, but the check for payment validation does not occur.

I tried different payment terminals and different cards.

Does Face ID work properly on your iPhone? Do you have a screen protector on your iPhone?

Let’s review your technique.

Hold your iPhone up to your face and double click the side (power button) on right side of iPhone.

Apple Pay should activate and a green Smiley Face appears and your default card is loaded and ready for a transaction authorization.

Now that the default payment method is ready, hold your iPhone one or two inches (2 to 5 cm) from your terminal and you should hear a confirmation tone and green check mark indicating payment was successful.

Have you tried deleting the Wallet app and reinstalling the Wallet?

I hold my iPhone one or two inches (2 to 5 cm) from the terminal. It requests Apple Pay and Face ID, and I do that, but the confirmation tone and green check mark indicating the payment was successful don't appear. Additionally, two weeks ago, it worked perfectly.

Yes face id work perfect and technical team on apple verify it

and also when i make iphone near a payment terminal it detect nfc and request face id

and when i do my face id nothing happen

I’m suggesting you do it the way I outlined it. In my experience some older transaction terminals reject the way you’re doing it. It could possibly be the programming of the terminal as well.
