iOS 17.6 Network Issues

Recently updated to iOS 17.6, so far I’ve had my mobile network connection stop working 2-3 times while out running errands. Both times it showed coverage but would not work unless I toggled my network on and off. Since then I’ve done a network reset and my hope is that it solves the issue, but have not been able to test it for sure.

Frustrating either way.

It sounds like you've already taken some good initial steps by resetting your network settings. Here are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. **Check Carrier Settings**: Make sure your carrier settings are up to date. Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.

2. **Toggle Airplane Mode**: If the issue occurs again, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off. This can sometimes quickly reset your network connection.

3. **Restart Your iPhone**: A simple restart can sometimes resolve network issues.

4. **Reinsert SIM Card**: Remove your SIM card and reinsert it to ensure it's seated properly.

5. **Contact Your Carrier**: If the issue persists, it might be a problem with your carrier's network. Contact your carrier to see if there are any known issues or if they can provide further assistance.

6. **Check for iOS Updates**: Occasionally, new updates are released to address bugs. Keep an eye out for any new updates that might fix this issue.

If the problem continues despite these steps, you may want to contact Apple Support for further assistance.

Apple just has name sake "genius bar" in their physical store WITHOUT a genius there. This is iOS 17.6.1 ONLY problem and has NOTHING to do with hardware, phone , SIM or carrier. Apple is like a car sales company which OVER PRICED the phones and sold trash product for a price of gold, which does NOT work. iPhones are NOT worth a dime. It is wasting time, energy and money and this FAKE trillion dollar company can NOT even fix the problem. They do NOT even have a basic feature to go back to previous working version. This trash intelligence is "Apple intelligence".

All respect due it is the update. I was find now i have no cell signal. The fact that a user has to back up their phone before an update that should have been vetteed before release sounds like something a startup comapny would do. Users buying 1200 plus dollar phones should not have to worry about this! Fix and stop saying it could be a user thing. The use accepts the update with trust in Apple doing their due diligence to work out th kinks before it goes. Do your job and find a fix. Its APPLES falut not the users!!!!!!!

Today i was stuck at an airport and could not call anyone!!!!! Is that my fault or the **** update?

Fix it and stop with the back peddeling!!!!
