iPhone won't send texts to Android phone
For certain Android phones--not all of them--my iPhone won't send texts. I'm told this is a problem with the RCS feature on Android--is this correct? Thanks.

I've never heard that RCS can prevent an Android from receiving SMS message. SMS is still the standard. Have you gone to Settings > Messages and ensured that Send as SMS and MMS Messaging are turned on?
