After charging with a 5 watts charger, my battery on my IPhone X seems to be broken.

So yesterday I had to charge my iPhone on a 5 watts charger instead of the usual 20 watts charger. This morning, I picked up my phone and it said that it had 100%. But after about 10 minutes, the phone randomly powered off and when it powered back on, it said my phone was on 1 percent and the phone will not charge right now. Even with the 20 watts charger, the phone will not charge.

A 5w charger can't break the phone or damage the battery. It's more likely, you have a phone which was released in 2017 (7 years ago) and if you are still with the original battery in your iPhone it is now long past due for a battery replacement. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health and if the battery shows 80% or lower, you need to replace the battery immediately.
