I tried 3 types of original charger adapter.....
I've encountered the same issue on my iPhone 13 Pro. I recently bought an Apple wireless charger, which is working fine now, but there seems to be a significant bug in iOS 17.6.1. I updated my iPhone last Friday, August 25th, and after the update, my iPhone stopped charging with the Lightning port. This issue is completely related to the iOS update.
I contacted Apple Support and spent a lot of time resetting the phone using the volume up + down buttons and shutting it down. On Monday, the Lightning port worked and my phone charged, but today, August 27th, I’m experiencing the same issue—it's not charging in the standard way.
I'm very curious about this problem, and I don't want to reset my iPhone because I can’t back it up on my MacBook Pro since I can’t connect via cable. However, I have an appointment at the Apple Store tomorrow, where they will check my device.
I've shared my complaint everywhere. I won't be able to follow their advice to reset the phone because I have a VPN for project work and a banking application. If I lose these connections, it will be a major problem for me. I have losed my time and money for 4 days.
It's unbelievable! How can such an error occur just because of a new model and iOS update? This is a serious problem, and the fact that they haven't even released a fix update really makes me seriously reconsider Apple. I will share the outcome with you all. Wishing you easy, happy, hopeful, and fully charged days ahead...
