Where can I find downloads on my iPad?
Why is neither download working on iPad Pro and where should I look to find the downloads?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 17
You’ll find the Downloads folder in the Files app. There can be 2 locations for it: “iCloud” or “On My iPad”. You could also check which folder is used by going to Settings > Safari > Downloads.
