Check if you are in the right EU country? if you're not, you need a sim card from a permitted EU country as a token.. (prepaid works) If you're in the right EU country and you get this error message:
press ok> go to the iphone/ipad settings menu> under your ID it says in the banner "allow Marketplace from Epic Games" click and accept everything.
After this, the installation of the Epic Store can be done from the previous link in Safari, which gave an error message and the games can also be downloaded now.
