Recover a note from accidental 'select all'

I'm assuming that select all got accidentally hit because all of a sudden my note was completely gone. How can I recover it!

To restore your accidentally deleted notes, in the Notes app, open the Folders bar in the top left and click Recently Deleted. You will have 30 days to restore any notes there before they are deleted forever. You wont be able to restore any notes after they are deleted from Recently Deleted.
