Can't clear Safari block for too many redirects on iPhone Safari App

The instructions given to disable the feature of blocking indirects do not apply for an iPhone 13. What are the correct steps for the Safari App? I'm so frustrated because I need to access a website and can't. I'm having trouble with a subscription and everything is going to time out because of this block.

Too many redirects is usually a problem with the website, and there is nothing you can do about it from your browser.

One possible cause is corrupted cookies for the site, so Settings/Safari/Clear History & Website Data will fix it if that is the problem.
