Unable to Add Payment Card to Child’s Apple Wallet

Dear Apple Support,

I am encountering an issue with adding a payment card to my child's Apple Wallet. My child is 13 years old, almost 14, and their Apple ID is part of our Family Sharing group. We are located in Romania, and according to Apple's policies, children aged 13 and older should be able to add payment cards to their Wallet.

However, when I try to add a card, I receive an error message saying, "Payment cards are not supported for this account." I am unable to even reach the step where I enter the card details.

Here are some additional details:

• The region is set to Romania on the device.
• The iOS version is up to date with the latest version.
• There are no visible restrictions in Family Sharing or Screen Time that would prevent adding a card.
• I am unable to sign out of the child's Apple ID on the device as it says, "Sign out not available."

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as it is important for us to add a payment card to the Wallet.
