Some people got lucky they solved the problem after hard resetting their phone, but I'm not one of them. I've tried to recover my phone using my MacBook several times. It works for a while but it always came back unresponsive after some time.

This is so frustrating and outrageous! Reading the comments, replacing the screen won't solve the problem. So I suspect it really is a software problem. It's been days (and even months since that thread started) and I still found nothing what should I do for my phone. Any suggestions?
