How do I warranty an iPhone 15 Pro Max through Apple for a defective device?
My newish 15 pro max has had issues getting any service from data or WiFi for the past several months so I took it to Verizon and they ended up telling me that they think that the antenna or eSIM in my phone is defective so the whole phone needs replaced. Verizon tried replacing my phone with a scratched up “refurbished” 15 pro max so I kept my phone and sent the replacement back.
(My phone has no scratches or damage just defective)
I just want to know if Apple will send me a new phone as a replacement since mine is defective instead of trying to give me a refurbished phone that is older and in worse condition than what I have?
