Can I get an upgraded model of my iPhone under my current iPhone warranty?

I habe am apple warranty so can i upgraded a new model

Apple Warranty is only for if a hardware defect arises within the Warranty Period. You cannot use the Apple Warranty period to upgrade your iPhone model.


If your current iPhone is still in the warranty period and has a hardware defect, take it in to your nearest Apple Retail Store. Apple will either repair the hardware defect at no charge or exchange the product.


For your information: You are already on the highest model, iPhone 15 Pro Max.
