Unable to open some Apps on iPhone 8 Plus
I need assistance on my phone I can’t open some app and I notice the way they are blocking my Instagram account

James ~ The first screenshot of Settings indicates your iPhone 8 Plus is only charged to 1% and in Low Power mode. Charge it to more than 50% and then Check for Update again.
And if you have problems charging, what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
Settings > Battery > Battery Health
