How do I request a refund from Apple?

It may be that your refund isn’t showing up on the refund request page because it’s been some time.

If you can’t find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com, try searching your email for the words for example "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".

If you still can’t find the refund, Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support and they can help you request a refund.

You should speak to Apple Support as the app likely won't show in the list of recent apps on the refund request page.
