How do I batch rename imported photos and videos to Date and Time format?

When photos or videos are taken with the iPhone is there a setting that saves them in the "YYYY-MM-DD (space) HH:MM:SS" format rather than IMG_123? I want all imported (and exported media) to be saved and titled by the date and time taken. For example: 2024-01-21 14.22.04.jpg (YYYY-MM-DD [space] HH.MM.SS file extension.

On a Mac I use the app Photos Workbench ($30) to add Title to my pictures. You have lots of options-- this is what I use:

You can include the filename if you like-- lots of options.

On a Mac you can sort by the Title field, but titles don't show in iOS. But once I sort them by title, when they sync to the iPhone they're in the same order. I copy the title, without the index, to the Caption filed so the information shows up in iOS and iPadOS.
