Can I use two cards with Apple Pay on my iPhone?

I have two debt cards linked to Apple Pay. I use one card for general expenses and the other for monthly bills. I want to do the same with them on Apple Pay, however the problem is my phone will only allow the card I pick as the default card to be used for all payments. Is there a way to set it up so I can use one card for things like my monthly Disney Plus subscription and the other card for my general expenses like Chipotle? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max IOS 17.5.1 Any help would be appreciated.

The Default Card is just the card that will come up first. You can still choose a different card with Apple Pay for online and in store purchases.

Make purchases using Apple Pay - Apple Support

For in store purchases, I find it easier to open the Wallet app and choose the card I want to use. When you hold it up to the retail terminal, Apple Pay will use that card.

Thanks for the info but how do I get Apple Pay to understand that I want to use one card ONLY for monthly subscriptions.

Ok that helps…I think but I’m not seeing an option to tell my phone (or Apple Pay) that I want to use one card for Monthly subscriptions.

Apple Pay or your Apple ID Account. These are two separate accounts. Which account do you have questions about?

I didn’t go through Disney. The subscription is listed on my phone in the Settings under “Subscriptions”!!!

What do you mean you hit Apple Pay? Are you in your Wallet app, Apple Account or have you activated Apple Pay by clicking the side button on your iPhone?
