Hi, we’ve bought an macbook air in the french keyboard format due to its shipment delivery time. But we realise that azerty is very bad for coding + using latex. So I would like to change my azerty keyboard to a qwerty one does genius bar. Is it possible ?

As Kaz-K said, I very much doubt that an Apple service center can or would change out your keyboard. If they can, it's likely to be pricey. You can change the electronic layout in the Keyboard -> Input Sources preference. That won't change the key caps, of course, but it may be your best, or only practical, option.

I think you can't replace keyboard from "azerty" to "qwerty" at the Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Anyway try to contact Apple Support and ask about it.

Why not purchase an Apple Magic Keyboard II with a QWERTY keyboard? It is the least expensive solution to providing you with a compatible "coding" keyboard that you seek.
I agree with the other posts here that you are unlikely to find any Apple Store or authorized service center to replace that MacBook Air AZERTY keyboard.
