iphone 13 green line issue
I have iPhone 13 which is only 22 months old, Sir, I recently updated the software and after 2 days there is a green line on the left side of my mobile's display.
Sir, the mobile has never been dropped and has never been exposed to water. I went to the iPhone service center and got it checked at the request of an Apple executive. He also declared that the mobile is in top condition. Sir, he also confirmed that there is no physical damage. And the service center technician has said to replace the device but till now no support has been received from apple even after contacting it so many times sir.
And I got it confirmed on mail from Apple Service Center to apples senior executives.
And I have also updated the report to the senior executive, they asked for 3 days time and said they will call, but no one called. I again contacted apple support then they asked for 24 hours time and said they will call and solve it, but no call came from there side and I again contacted apple support

Sir, after checking the mobile, the service center people said that its display will have to be changed and the mother board will also be changed and a new mobile will come at this cost, you will contact apple support.
Sir, please tell me what to do if my mobile gets damaged in 22 months and I have to pay the cost again. I have also contacted apple support many times sir and have been worried a lot but till now no solution has been found sir my mobile is in well and good condition sir and the issue is technical issue and It doesn't happened because of iPhone is a trusted and long time use phone.
sir pls solve my issue. I am very disappointed with Apple's service sir.
