First word in text is not capitalized

All of a sudden, when typing on my keyboard on my 9th generation iPad on WhatsApp, the first letter is not capitalized. It’s fine for other texts. Any idea why? I’ve all the correct settings for my keyboard. Thanks!

when i type letters to people, almost always it changes all the letters to q in the middle of the paragraph. I also notice it types out much slower at this time. Sometimes it does it a lot in the paragraph, but not always. I have an iPad Mini 4. So it looks something like this…” I told Julqqqqqqqqqqqqq “. It doesn’t stop until it either finishes the amount of letters I typed (like finishing the sentence)but most often I stop it by tapping elsewhere so the red dotted line appears under the word. Then I have to stop and fix the error. It’s so annoying. I already checked my settings and everything is right to the best of my knowledge.

capitalizing sentences in iPhone My iPhone has decided that letters at the beginning of sentences no longer need capitalization. I can’t figure out what to do about this. I have a iPhone 15 Pro. Help?
