I don’t know what is going after 2 years of purchasing apple devices the software or the devices shuts down to buy a new one devices ? Please let me know if there is anyway to ask to lower the price of the repair !!! Is store they said 600 hundred and hand me the Mac!!! It’s my son’s MacBook for school I can even afford to buy new one or repair this one !!! I am so disappointed not everyone can afford it !!! I sympathize with your plight. I know that this sort of situation can be difficult. But would the company you bought your car, your refrigerator, or TV from be any different? Repairs when out of warranty have a given cost, and there's nothing any manufacturer, of any product, is likely to do for you, and that's going to the case here.

You can talk to other service providers in your area and see if someone else would fix your MacBook for less, though the quality of repair from anyone who quotes you a significantly lower price is going to be a question. But it's your only option unless you can find a charity who would help. Apple can do nothing for you; the price you were quoted is what they will charge and they will not negotiate.

Regards.

I think everything is négociable if you can’t afford things if the plumber or electrician come you can negotiate the price and he will do the same job due to the financial !!! I know I need to fix the Mac book I don’t have choice !!! But the problem what kind of help the apple can afford for people who can’t afford it !!! When someone come asking for help means he can’t afford it and he really need his device to work with !!! My question was any kind of help in price any kind of negotiation to fix my device !!! What apple can provide to their customers on this kind of situation !!! Not everyone can afford 600 hundred to fix the device !!! Thanks

Plumbers and electricians aren't multinational corporations with extensive policies set at a level far above the people you deal with every day. But you can call Apple Support and discuss it with them. But be prepared to have they say no, they can't do anything for you.

There's nothing anyone here can do you to help you with this. It's entirely Apple's decision.

Good luck.
