New purchase info sent to old email address

Hi all,

I have pre ordered a new iPhone, however the Barclays confirmation email has been sent to an old email address I can’t access.

not sure how I can go about sorting this?

How do I access a very old email account without password? I have an email account from Apple, @mac.com from years ago that I never ever used, I don’t remember ever assigning a password to. As far as I know I never used it, but when I was making a purchase to be delivered online yesterday that email popped up as my email of choice to send to the company I was ordering from and I accidentally selected it. So now I’ve made a purchase and all correspondence with the company is going through that email and I have no access to any of it. I don’t know which Apple ID it might be associated with. Cannot update app due to Apple ID linked to old work email Trying to update newest version of banking app. To do so I need I need to log into my apple account which has a really old work email address. Despite in my settings having my current and longstanding personal account.. keeps telling me that my password is incorrect but to change an email has been sent to old work email. Going around and around and getting very frustrated
