Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen A2843 (2023) - Remote Keeps Disconnecting/Reconnecting/Not functioning properly on 2 of my Apple TVs bought at the same time.

Last May I purchased two Apple TVs for pick up at the same time they are the 4k with Ethernet

A2843 I think made in 2023 but could be 2022 it’s hard to get that exact data. at any rate, both of them will continue to disconnect and reconnect the remotes every few minutes and occasionally the remotes will become inconsistent with the buttons and even the functionality. Coincidence that they both are acting up. Has anyone had this before?

Please try what is suggested in this support article:

If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support

Charge the remote(s), verify that it is leveled up to 100%,
Restart just the remote, using the given button combination,
Pair the remote again, using the other given button combination,
If the issue persists after all that, then please contact Apple Support.
