I got a brand new iPhone 14 from tbooth this March. But now I have problem with the activation lock. I sent request for activation lock removal with my original bill, I make a few call to Apple support already but Apple don't help. What can I do now?

The simple answer is that tbooth sold you a returned iPhone that they failed to properly prepare for resale. Return it to them and ask for a refund. Otherwise you are out of luck, money, and have a useless device.

The iPhone 14 was discontinued in Sept. 2023. The phone they sold you was at least 6 months old, hardly brand new, something seems suspicious. Does the email address on the lock screen match yours?
Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.

If you've made an Activation Lock support request to Apple, you'll just have to wait for them to get back to you, with whatever they decide.
Apple still sells the iPhone 14. It has not been discontinued. The 14 Pro and Pro Max have been, but Apple still sells the iPhone 14 today.
