My MacBook Pro battery is draining when in sleep mode

I can NOT find a setting that will prevent my computer from draining it's battery while asleep.

The battery has just been replaced by Apple, and since getting it back I have noticed the following:

• Computer does not automatically go to sleep when the lid is shut. I feel like this happened in the past, but now when I shut it the computer stays awake until it goes to sleep according to my settings.

• If I manually put the computer to sleep, shut it, and unplug it, the battery will steady drain to zero overnight.

Is this something I need to take it back in for?
