🤯 This is EXACTLY what mine said yesterday (Sept 21st)! Same time stamp too. No delivery reschedule was requested, either, and we know that because we'd have had to pay $10 to reschedule it which we wouldn't have done out of concern it would cause confusion so close to the scheduled delivery date.
Tracking info said this ALL DAY Saturday (Sept. 21st), despite UPS reps telling me it wasn't "physically" in KY and should still be at the local hub it was scanned at the day before, prior to delivery, and "should be delivered" Saturday as scheduled. (It wasn't.)
Tracking info first said UPS 'estimated' it would be delivered on Friday by 4p-something, then 7p-something, then I woke up Saturday it was 'estimated' it would deliver Saturday (Sept 21st) by 1:30p. But it also said it was in Louisville, KY all day Saturday, which is almost 1,000mi away & makes no sense if it was really at our local UPS delivery hub the day before, on Sept 20th.
Now tracking info says (Sept 22nd):
I did talk with UPS 4x yesterday (2 separate calls 8+ hours apart & both times spoke to 2 different people, each call). The last person I spoke with said there was a "mass hold" on the new Apple shipments, and to check tracking again on Monday, and to call Apple with questions if delivery info hasn't been updated by then. 🤦🏼♀️
My question: if the devices have already been shipped, what exactly is Apple supposed to do about UPS's handling of the packages? I'm so confused. 😂
I don't care if it's late, I just want to know when to actually expect it to arrive because I'm not sure if I have to sign for it or not ––and I'm a little concerned it's getting lost. I've never experienced anything like this before! 😳
