I ordered my iphone 16 pro max at 5AM PDT on september 13, initially it was supposed to arrive today, friday september 20. On "my orders", it still says that it´s friday september 20, but when I track it in UPS it says it will arrive on monday. Is there any way I can know for sure when it will arrive? Also, the package is currently 5 hours away from my location.

I preordered mine Sept 16, mine has an estimated delivery of 9-16 Oct. My order has just been sitting at processing for a week, it hasn’t even charged my bank account yet.
Brooo I’m so mad I got this phone pre ordered for my birthday and I’ve been waiting now I gotta wait to the 24th or 30th like then other people get there phone today but I can’t cause of Apple problems like I hope I get something for getting my phone late cause that was not the original date
Exactly I got Black 16 Pro Max, and my watch came next day! But my phone has a shipping of Oct.17 and I ordered it September 17! It’s not even this years color! This is crazy!
I’m having an even stranger experience. I’m in the UK and mine was supposed to be delivered today, per DPD tracking it was out for delivery and then suddenly it’s delayed until Monday because the driver encountered an issue in my area. I get another email from Apple saying my order is processing and estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks… I check the order on my account and theres the one that was supposed to come today saying arriving soon but when I scroll down there’s another one saying replacement and preparing to ship??
DPD couldn’t give me much more info than they will retry on Monday, but I’m thinking did my phone get robbed and now they’re sending a replacement but not explaining to me??
Talked to a representative yesterday who said that the 16 Pro Max is on backorder. But if I would go up to the 512 storage, she could have it to me by next week.
Apple said it was shipping out a replacement phone. They wouldn't tell me why I needed a replacement.
They said they were launching an investigation into what had happened and that I would definitely be contacted within 3 business days
A week passed by with no contact from Apple. After being on hold for a long time, I was told there was currently no update for the "investigation".
In the meantime, my "replacement" for a phone that should've been delivered on day 1 was now saying that it would arrive around *1 November*!
I cancelled the order, as well
as separate lesers for a watch and a
MacBook.
I love apple products buf I'm not gonna pay them money for this kind of awful service
What I’m seem to be getting from all these is how trash of a service Ups is. They’ve been like this for years & it’s honestly getting a bit ridiculous lol. Their tracking system is the worst.
And we're all shocked that every year Apple fails to make enough product to meet demand, every **** year.
Just be happy, I ordered mine right away, got confirmation with order delivery of sep 20, now when I looked they updated it to sep 30. Ordered my wife’s through Verizon, exact phone, different color, already delivered today
Same issue here... but I'm pretty sure this is Apple's fault and not UPS. UPS Tracking shows mine had it's shipper label made and arrived at the facility in ZhengZhou China at 1:42PM today's date in China (14 hours ahead of my timezone), and on it's way from there starting 6:30pm today's date in China. So technically, it started shipping to me from China at 4:30am my time. Not sure how Apple would expect UPS to deliver today when they waited so long to provide it to UPS.

The status will remain in processing until just before they are ready to ship it. You'll then see Preparing to Ship, followed pretty quickly by Shipped and you'll get an email with tracking information. Your order is in the right stage at this point.
Mine was out for delivery, got the government message and received no update, still not delivered.
Pre ordered my iPhone 16 pro on the 17th and don’t have a tracking number or nothing

I also have iPhone 16 pro delivery delay. Showed out for delivery on 20th. Then in afternoon showed customer request delivery change to Saturday ( I made no such request) now says today by noon but system shows phone in Lexington, KY., 2 states over.🤷♂️
The exact same thing happened to me, said that it was on the truck for delivery on the 20th and then all of a sudden said that customer requested Saturday delivery at a better time. I made no such call I really do hope that UPS gets called out for lying to their customers it’s now Saturday and it still says it’s two states away now in Kentucky.
