iPhone 16 Pro Max shipment delayed

I ordered my iphone 16 pro max at 5AM PDT on september 13, initially it was supposed to arrive today, friday september 20. On "my orders", it still says that it´s friday september 20, but when I track it in UPS it says it will arrive on monday. Is there any way I can know for sure when it will arrive? Also, the package is currently 5 hours away from my location.

You are NOT speaking with anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. As such we don't know what's up with your order or for that matter anything about your order.


You need to contact Apple directly for help. Since you are in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and make sure you know your order number.

This does not change the fact that within a few hours, iphone 16 pro max deliveries are now 3-4 weeks. What could cause such delays other than lack of organization and huge supply issues. I live in Cyprus. I spoke with the official apple store in Cyprus. They have 2500 units preordered and so far, they received 20 units in two weeks. And this is only one shop (main apple representative). I cannot imagine what is happening with the big telecommunications companies that have the majority of customers!

Apple said it was shipping out a replacement phone. They wouldn't tell me why I needed a replacement.


They said they were launching an investigation into what had happened and that I would definitely be contacted within 3 business days


A week passed by with no contact from Apple. After being on hold for a long time, I was told there was currently no update for the "investigation".


In the meantime, my "replacement" for a phone that should've been delivered on day 1 was now saying that it would arrive around *1 November*!


I cancelled the order, as well

as separate lesers for a watch and a

MacBook.


I love apple products buf I'm not gonna pay them money for this kind of awful service

I ordered mine on 9/13, same ocurred til it was returned to apple. No explanation and now they request a reship this was on Monday 10/7, and they said can be send by November. I think something is occurring. At first I saw the message that the item was in a secure location waiting for a release I thought was because of the strike. The box for trading arrived on 9/30, Apple says this will be canceled and begin the trade in process again when the new iPhone arrives

The iPhone 16 shipping situation is as follows:


iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus: Some colors are scheduled to arrive between October 3 and October 8, while others are set for delivery between October 8 and October 15.

iPhone 16 Pro: Pre-orders are expected to be delivered between October 8 and October 15.


iPhone 16 Pro Max: The ship window for all 256GB variants is estimated to be between October 15 and October 22.


The Dessert Titanium color may not be available at launch due to low stock and prebookings. Customers may need to wait until mid-October for this color

Read what you want or don't want to read. Why you are complaining here however, makes no sense. This is a user to user ONLY forum. Not Apple Support, which no one from Apple participates. No one here on this forum has anything to do with Apple or whoever you ordered your phone from. Complain to them.

I’m having an even stranger experience. I’m in the UK and mine was supposed to be delivered today, per DPD tracking it was out for delivery and then suddenly it’s delayed until Monday because the driver encountered an issue in my area. I get another email from Apple saying my order is processing and estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks… I check the order on my account and theres the one that was supposed to come today saying arriving soon but when I scroll down there’s another one saying replacement and preparing to ship??


DPD couldn’t give me much more info than they will retry on Monday, but I’m thinking did my phone get robbed and now they’re sending a replacement but not explaining to me??
