I recently upgraded my 2019 27" Mac (3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9) to macOS Sequoia 15.0. Unfortunately, my computer has since slowed down significantly. Is there any safe way to roll back the upgrade without losing my data?

+1 Going back is anything but easy. It requires a full erase, reinstall and a backup from before the upgrade.
Plus the macOS Upgrade, may not be fully responsible for the slowdown that you are feeling.

Not really, sorry. Upgrading macOS can update certain data, like the iPhoto library, making it compatible only with the newer macOS. If you downgrade, the updated iPhoto library may no longer work.

The Upgrade did not slow down any of our Mac's and two of those have lesser spec's than your 8-core i9 iMac.
