No. If Apple identifies the address as belonging to freight forwarder, courier or other export company they will cancel the order.

Apple does not allow purchases to be shipped out of the country the store you made the purchase from, is for.

If you use the US Apple Store you must ship to a US address that is not a courier, freight forwarder or shipping company.

You can only order an iPhone from a store in the country where the iPhone will be delivered. Apple will not ship outside of the country, and will not ship to a freight forwarder.

As already explained, NO you can't. But also be advised you will have NO warranty on the phone outside the us if you do manage to buy one in the US. Adding an AppleCare+ plan will be as useful as throwing your money away as it won't be valid outside the US either.

Purchase your phone in the country you live and will use it.

If you're worried about the iPhone being damaged in transit, buy your iPhone through a local Apple Store or authorized Apple reseller. That way you can make sure the iPhone isn't damaged when you get it. If you order on-line, there is always the chance that the iPhone will be damaged or lost (or stolen) in transit, in which case that will be up to the carrier to resolve with Apple.
