Buying the new iPhone 16 Pro

Can I buy the iPhone 16 Pro through the Apple Store app ship it to the warehouse of the courrier whom brings it to my home country and use AppleCare in case the phone gets damaged and get a replacement since the courrier does not provide assurance if the product gets damaged

No. If Apple identifies the address as belonging to freight forwarder, courier or other export company they will cancel the order.


Apple does not allow purchases to be shipped out of the country the store you made the purchase from, is for.


If you use the US Apple Store you must ship to a US address that is not a courier, freight forwarder or shipping company.

If you're worried about the iPhone being damaged in transit, buy your iPhone through a local Apple Store or authorized Apple reseller. That way you can make sure the iPhone isn't damaged when you get it. If you order on-line, there is always the chance that the iPhone will be damaged or lost (or stolen) in transit, in which case that will be up to the carrier to resolve with Apple.
