Neighbors in my building getting in my Bluetooth all the time. How can I avoid that?

Not sure what you mean by "getting your Bluetooth" or "catching your Bluetooth".
Your iPad's bluetooth connection can be used for it to connect to devices such as speakers, keyboards, mice headphones, or even car media centers.
Devices such as other phones or computers cannot connect to it directly, and can do nothing with it even if it appears in bluetooth settings on their devices.
The only exception to this, is if you have Personal Hotspot turned on, in which case if you don't have a password set up, they may be able to connect to it and use the internet connection from your iPad if its a cellular model.
Outside of that, there's nothing any one around can do with your iPad's bluetooth directly.
What exactly do you think is happening?
How I can secure my bluetooth from being tagged from close neighbors? I live in a apartment building, so Im finding ppl catching my bluetooth all the time. How this could be avoided?
