Apple Pay? Is the source of the funds the Apple Card or Apple Cash? Apple Pay does not hold any funds, so money cannot be sent from Apple Pay to a bank account.

For the Apple Cash card, you will want to contact Green Dot Bank:

If another card was involved, then you will need to contact the bank that issued the card.
