Why am I receiving Apple ID notifications when iPhone 16 Pro Max Idle?

When my screen is locked, I get a message several times a day that says; "Enter your Apple ID password in Settings." What is the purpose of this?? I'm not even on my phone.... is someone trying to hack into my phone from somewhere else?

iPhone Notification - fake? I received a notification on my iPhone SE that reads: New iCloud Terms and Conditions To use iCloud on this phone you must accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions and enter your iPhone passcode. There is a clickable CONTINUE link below When I hit the “continue” link, I get a message that reads “cannot complete action”. Can someone please explain what this means.

Ipad security settings verification request I received a notification on my iPad to verify my Apple Account security settings. When I click on "Continue" a screen appears requesting my passcode for the iPad. This notice did not appear on my iPhone or iMac. Is this legitimate or a phishing attempt?
