just noticed my brand new iPhone 16 pro max has strange marks on the titanium frame. It’s small but it’s really bothering ):
idk what to do, I saw a few other users that got the same marks.

It is difficult to determine the root cause or origin of the indicated marks on the frame of your iPhone from the images that you have posted. I am sure that you have tried to wipe the frame and the marks remained.
If you have purchased the iPhone within the past 14 days, then you can return it to Apple for a full refund. You can then purchase another iPhone while you are at the Apple Store or an Authorized Retailer.

Do you have a clear case on your device or some sort of protective covering? The second picture shows some markings that are either part of whatever is on the device covering the sides or came off of something that was on the device. I definitely don’t have that on my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
I believe that you are correct. Those markings appear to be from the inside of the case. There are letters on the frame that appear to have come from the case as well.
