Refurbished iPhone 11 from Best Buy

After getting the battery replaced in my current iPhone 11 at Best Buy some components failed in the phone. Best Buy said they would get me a replacement iPhone 11 which would be Apple certified refurbished and would be like new. Is this true and does Apple still refurbish iPhone 11's? Hope I wasn't just given a line and that is really true.

Reseller refurbished iPhone 13: New battery/back glass? Hey, i was wondering about a product i was looking for which is the iPhone 13. I saw a category of apple refurbished on alza.cz but there weren't many specifications about the phone itself it just said its from apple r.. So I checked the apple refurbished website itself and the phones are supposed to come with a new battery and a new back glass. I just wanted to know if the same goes for the certified reseller alza.cz. Thanks

iPhone replacement Hi there, my 2 months old iPhone 15 pro broke, logic board failed. Local Apple Store decided to replace the battery logic board and cameras as well at the cost of 557gbp covered under warranty. My first issue about that I have noticed battery drains very quick after repair also back glass isn’t aligned properly which I have complained straight after repair and also I have discovered tiny chip to the screen glass. I did complained again and apple said they may fit the new screen or give me the replacement. Genius Bar staff said I will get replacement but have to wait couple days as the same model is not in stock. Will it be new mobile or refurbished one ? Thanks

You are getting good information from Best Buy.

Apple keeps an inventory of refurbished phones of older iPhone versions for use as service replacements, so they can usually replace a phone with the same model of iPhone, even if the original phone is 4-5 years old.

You may be surprised to see how "new" your replacement phone really looks.
