After getting the battery replaced in my current iPhone 11 at Best Buy some components failed in the phone. Best Buy said they would get me a replacement iPhone 11 which would be Apple certified refurbished and would be like new. Is this true and does Apple still refurbish iPhone 11's? Hope I wasn't just given a line and that is really true.
