Help: "Transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use the “login” keychain."

How do I get this to stop popping up on my MacBook. If I need my keychain password I unlock them. Help, this is very disruptive. If you have a fix for this please be specific: not a mac guru, intermediate elderly user.

continuous requests for login Keychain Pw MacBook Air M1 version has had various odd behaviors. The one constant is a never ending series of requests for me to enter login pass word for keychain. Whether I click cancel or enter pass word the notice disappears and a new request materializes for a new reason. sometimes “sharingd” wants to use keychain. At other times it is “findmylocateagent” or “transparent network proxy for network services” or “com.apple.iCloudHelper”. They all: “wants to use the login keychain”!

Keychain Access wants to use the "login" keychain Since my mac mini has upgraded to MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) The keychain feature. Anyone have any ideas?

I need help with the above as well. Also, I get all kinds of pop ups since I downloaded the new OS - so annoying!
