Message from 2 users going to same user

My aunt and uncle each have iPhones…All of a sudden, my aunt is receiving my uncle’s text and his name is listed as her messages…Can we fix?

Contact Entanglement My son got my old phone and a new number. Somehow our numbers/contacts are entangled. When I text him it pops up as his name and when he texts our family group text it tries to change his contact to Dad for everyone else.
