UPS lost my package

I bought a phone on apple and UPS tracking showed as "stuck" I went to the location and they said the package is lost and that I should speak with apple. I have no means of taking to them on the phone since im with an international phone with no calls to US. I don't find any emails on apple to make a claim and im starting to get desperate. It's unacceptable how nobody contacts you about this and they make it super hard to file a claim. Please help me, it's a lot of money and I need this phone asap.

It's the only answer anyone can give you if you don't have a phone yourself, unless Apple Support in your country has a chat feature, which some do but not all. If not, then your only option is to call Apple. If you don't have a phone, then obviously you'll need to borrow one. If you mean that you can't call internationally, then as Idris suggested, Apple probably has a support number for your country, which if there's an Apple Store will certainly be the case. See:

It is exactly the sort of answer you get when you ask other end users. If you posted here because you thought Apple were here, you assumed incorrectly.


We are end users like you and can do nothing further about your issue because we have zero access to Apple or USP shipping records.


Other responders here have posted all that can be posted by your fellow users.
