Apps unable to access photos or camera
I am having issues with my apps being able to access my camera or my gallery

Check your iPad's Privacy settings for Photos and Camera:
Settings > Privacy & Security >
- Photos
- Camera
Each App that requests access to your Photo Library and Camera will be listed under the relevent section - where you can configure appropriate access restrictions. For your Photo Library, you can typically select for Full Access, Limited Access or None. For the Camera App, you will be able to simply enable or disable access.
