AppleCare Express Replacement Delay

We are all just fellow users here and have no knowledge or information about your account, your case, or what might be causing a delay, if delay there is. This is something you need to work through with Apple Support. Note, though, that "express replacement" means that Apple will send you a replacement iPhone first rather than you having to send in your faulty iPhone and wait for a repair. It doesn't mean that the replacement will ship in any particular time period.

I’m having the same issue and express replacement phones should and have historically shipped the following business day by overnight “express”.

I’m assuming discontinuing the pro models at the new model release resulted in a replacement shortage. While the case clearly quotes a 1-2 day delivery timeframe, the terms conveniently avoid any such commitment. The “abnormal” timeframes I’ve gotten from support have been all over the place. 5 days, 8 days, two week…sounds like everyone’s manager is just making stuff up to delay and avoid any real accountability and resolution.

I also want to emphasize that express replacement is not a nice perk. It’s a service outlined in an option that we purchased because we depend on these expensive devices as sole means of communication. Apples support has historically been very good, and the failure to meet customers needs on what they advertise as a premium support package is frankly a bummer.
