AirPods Pro 2 chirping noise with hearing aid.
I am hearing a chirping noise out of right EarPods with the hearing aid function on. I have restarted and reconnected the EarPods twice. It did not resolve the issue.

Add me to the list of people who are experiencing intermittent chirping sounds from L ear AirPod Pro 2 while in hearing aid mode. It took multiple attempts to initially complete the hearing test (eventually successful) and now I’m dealing with this annoying chirping sound, although when all is going well I’m happy with the hearing aid feature. I have never had so much trouble with a product from Apple before. I’m considering exchanging them but it looks like I’d likely have the same issue with a new pair.
I was wrong on something I posted earlier. Apparently they will only work in hearing aid mode when in the transparency setting. Mine would not stay in the adaptive setting but would go back to transparency. Needless to say this is all pretty confusing when trying to fix the chirping sound. Maybe with a firmware update.

The hearing aid feature works great but the chirping noise is terrible.
I’m having the same issue too. When the pods are in hearing aid mode, there’s a chirp sound that occurs at regular intervals. It will make the noise if I have media playing or if I sit in silence. Yesterday I decided to fire up the Stopwatch app and track the intervals. I sat in silence and noticed the chirps alternated from one ear to another at roughly 16 and 10 second intervals. The Airpods were purchased just a few weeks ago and are using the latest firmware version. Everything else functions just fine
i sure hope Apple addresses the issue. I have impaired hearing and would love to continue using the Hearing Aid function
I exchanged mine and had the same experience. I returned mine.
This worked for me as well.
Already have. Just made a comment about what I think Apple needs to do.
This didn't work for me. And just for the record I have a pair of Jabra Enhance 200 hearing aids that do not feedback. This is pretty crazy that Apple can't get a handle on this but they seem to be turning a deaf ear to those of us who were looking forward to this extra feature. One thing I did do that helped some was to change from transparency to adaptive but when you do that they are not near as clear. Still work to be done Apple.
Update; the chirping on multiple AirPods I’ve had…
On the recommendation of someone on this thread, I bought a set of Comply tips on Amazon that solved this issue. Hope it will last . My issue was only noticeable on testing the hearing air option.

I returned mine. I will see if a fix happens
I have the same issue. My air pod pro 2 randomly chirps while in hearing aid mode.
Perhaps Apple will address this with a software update.
Done
Ok I will try that. I just ordered those from that site, although it makes no sense to me why that would stop the chirping.
What did?
