Random digits on top left corner of the screen

There are random digits on my top left corner of my screen which is 515(space)66. I tried to restart my phone few times as what I have read here in apple community but it only gone after I restarted and then go back again when checking again the screen lock. Why it appears? What should be other way to remove that? My phone is only 4-day old since I bought it.
